Vastex International, Inc., a Lehigh Valley manufacturer of screen-printing equipment for the garment industry, recently broke ground on the construction of a new facility. This building will include state-of-the-art manufacturing, showroom and seminar space, as well as the company’s corporate offices. FLB attorneys, Kate Durso and Tim Charlesworth, attended the groundbreaking on former Bethlehem Steel property within Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VII. FLB is proud to have played a role with the land development/construction, financing and other legal aspects of the project and of Vastex’s growth (domestic and international).
Vastex is a family-owned business, and this was evident by the attendance of four generations of Vasilantones, as well as supporters from various community organizations and Vastex employees.
