Tim Charlesworth, attorney/shareholder with Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba’s Corporate, Business and Banking group, recently gave a presentation for the Delaware ExporTech Program. This event took place in Newark, Delaware. Attendees represented several local companies, as well as the U.S. Department of Commerce and other partner organizations serving the International Trade Community.
Tim’s presentation focused on establishing strong relationships with overseas “partners,” as well as protection of Intellectual Property and compliance with export laws.
