The Consul General of Canada hosted a Reception for local business people and community leaders at the University of Pennsylvania’s Annenberg Center on September 26. The Reception was followed by the opening of a performance of Les Ballets Jazz de Montréal. FLB’s Timothy Charlesworth was among the invitees.
This outreach by the Canadian Government highlights the importance of business and cultural connections between our countries and the Consulate’s focus on Pennsylvania. In 2018, the Consul General, Phyllis Yaffe, and two other government officials attended events in the Lehigh Valley, culminating with a meeting at Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba with local legislators.
