Steven T. Boell, Shareholder in the firm’s Real Estate, Land Use & Development and Healthcare Groups, was elected President of the Indian Valley Public Library (IVPL) Board of Trustees. He’s been serving as a member of the Board since 2021.
For nearly 20 years, Mr. Boell has served FLB’s commercial and residential real estate clients. While he regularly represents clients in some of the most significant development projects in the area, he finds great joy in using this knowledge to assist small business owners and individuals in navigating real estate challenges. Additionally, he represents condominiums and planned communities in issues relating to their formation, management, governance and operation.
Within the healthcare sector, Mr. Boell represents health systems, practices, physicians, and others in a wide array of matters including compliance, M&A, land development, employment agreements, and more.
As a resident of Montgomery County, Mr. Boell applies the same attention to detail and energy that he brings to his legal practice to serve his community. In addition to serving on the IVPL Board, he has been involved with North Penn Legal Services, the Indian Valley Chambers of Commerce, and Maternity Care Coalition (formerly Child Home & Community). A father of two, he teaches Sunday school at his local parish (St. Maria Goretti) and serves as the Assistant Scoutmaster of his children’s Scouts BSA Troop. His community activities were recognized when he was honored as one of Bucks County’s “Forty Under 40” by The Bucks County Courier Times and The Intelligencer in 2013. Supporting Steve in his IVPL leadership, his wife Shawna serves on the library’s “Foundation of Friends” and chairs its “Dinner in White” committee.
FLB is pleased to sponsor various IVPL events and activities in support of Steve and his commitment to his community. Congratulations, Steve!
