Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, P.C. congratulates Stephanie A. Kobal, a shareholder in the firm’s Real Estate, Land Use & Development and Corporate, Business & Banking practices, for being named to the 2025 GlobeSt. CRE Women of Influence list. This list highlights women shaping the future of commercial real estate and their leadership, innovation, and impact in the industry.

With more than 15 years of experience as a transactional and zoning/land use attorney, Ms. Kobal has worked with organizations of all types and sizes to negotiate complex real estate acquisitions, land development and zoning approvals, and leases. She consistently represents clients in front of government agencies and municipalities regarding land use entitlements for real estate ventures.

Managing a client portfolio of at least $200M in acquisitions and purchases, Steph has helped both the firm and her clients achieve great feats and transform the Lehigh Valley landscape through problem solving and innovative thinking. Notably, she has supported developers in adaptive reuse and redevelopment projects, helping revitalize underutilized urban areas.

In the community, Ms. Kobal is known to many organizations for sharing her time, talent and treasure. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees at Cedar Crest College, Board of Directors at the Catholic Foundation of Eastern Pennsylvania, Board of Directors at Parkland School District Education Foundation, and Board of Haven House, as well as is an active member at Lehigh Valley Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and the Lehigh County Bar Association.

All GlobeSt. CRE Women of Influence honorees will be recognized at an awards ceremony during the GlobeSt. Women of Influence Conference at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in July 2025.

Congratulations, Steph!
