Samuel J. Morgan is an attorney in the firm’s Real Estate, Land Use & Development and Corporate, Business & Banking groups. He seeks to help business and commercial property owners overcome everyday challenges and understand new legislation that may impact their operations. His practice focuses on transactional work such as reviewing contracts, modifying loans, and preparing operating agreements and purchase agreements. He began his career with Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba as a summer associate in 2023.
Mr. Morgan’s hobbies include golfing, hiking, and running. Additionally, he enjoys exploring the Lehigh Valley’s ever expanding restaurant scene.
