Mark Stanziola, special counsel to the Family Law Group, will help present two CLE opportunities on behalf of the Northampton County Bar Association (NCBA) in September.
At the NCBA Quarterly Meeting, held on Thursday, September 14 at 5:30 pm, Mark will co-present a one-hour CLE on the topic “Civility, Diversity, Equality and Inclusion in the Legal System.” The event will take place at the SureStay Plus Hotel (formerly Best Western), Bethlehem, Routes 512 & 22. On Thursday, September 21, Mark and Family Law team member Amy Kruzel will present an “Update on Changes to State and Local Custody Rules” as part of the NCBA Lunch Lecture Series. The event will be held at the NCBA Office at 155 South Ninth Street, Easton, Pennsylvania, from 12-1 pm. Register here by September 19.
Mark brings over 35 years of experience in representing clients in complex and no-fault divorce, property distribution matters, partition of property, equity actions and adoptions. Additionally, he has extensive experience representing clients in protection from abuse cases, complex custody cases, as well as child and spousal support cases.
Mr. Stanziola is a frequent presenter at bar association events, as well as at colleges and in the community, regarding LGBT and same-sex parenting and adoption. He was a founding member of the Bradbury-Sullivan LGBTQ Center in Allentown, established their Community Legal Clinic, and currently serves on its Board of Directors. He also serves on the Church Council of the Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit in Emmaus and on its Executive Committee.
