Mark B. Stanziola, a community leader and well-respected attorney, has joined Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba PC’s Family Law practice area.
Mr. Stanziola has over 35 years of experience in representing clients in a wide array of Family Law situations including:

Mr. Stanziola is an alumnus of the University of Scranton – where he graduated magna cum laude– and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
In addition to his professional experience, Mr. Stanziola is dedicated to his local community. He was a founding member of the Bradbury-Sullivan LGBTQ Center in Allentown, where he currently serves on its Board of Directors. Additionally, he is the current President of Church Council of the Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit in Emmaus.
In addition, Mr. Stanziola is a frequent presenter at colleges and in the community regarding LGBTQ and same-sex parenting issues. He also frequently presents Continuing Legal Education programs to enhance the legal knowledge and skills of other family law attorneys and does extensive community outreach.
Mr. Stanziola is an active member of the Lehigh and Northampton County Bar Associations and is on the Board of Governors for the Northampton County Bar Association. Mr. Stanziola is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court in the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
