Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, P.C. is pleased to announce that Kenneth R. Charette has been named Shareholder of the Firm.
Mr. Charette serves as a member in FLB’s Corporate, Business & Banking Group and Healthcare Group. His practice focuses on complex business and healthcare matters including, but not limited to: mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private offerings and other securities matters, regulatory compliance transactions, and other forms of business transactions. Mr. Charette earned his J.D. from The Pennsylvania State University of Dickinson School of Law, his L.L.M from the University of Cambridge, and his BA from Michigan State University.
Before arriving at the Firm, Mr. Charette was a corporate associate at a regional law firm and also served as a Summer Law Clerk for Chief Justice Robert P. Young, Jr. of The Michigan Supreme Court, and a Legal Intern at the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General in the Bureau of Consumer Protection. Mr. Charette also had the unique opportunity of being a Legal Intern at the United Nation’s International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, based in the Netherlands.

As an active member in the community, Mr. Charette is on the Board of Directors for the Center for Humanistic Change, Inc., as well as a volunteer for the United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley Emerging Leaders program.
