Kathleen Mills Appointed to PBA Judicial Administration Committee

Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, P.C. (FLB) is proud to announce that attorney Kathleen Mills was recently appointed as Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) Judicial Administration Committee in Lehigh County for 2016-2017.

The Judicial Administration Committee reviews, studies and makes recommendations concerning legislative issues regarding the operation, procedure and reform of the state and federal court systems. This committee also develops and recommends measures to improve the administration of the courts and addresses issues of court reform consistent with established PBA policy.

Ms. Mills is an attorney in the Firm’s Employment Law and Labor Relations and Litigation groups. Her practice areas include advice and counseling in all employee-related areas. She creates and presents training programs for corporate management and staff, and develops and produces benefits plans, employment policies, procedures, manuals and handbooks. In addition, Ms. Mills manages federal and state Department of Labor matters and handles federal and state discrimination complaints and compliance.
