Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, P.C. (FLB) today announced that Karl H. Kline is retiring from his role as shareholder at the Firm. Mr. Kline has been in practice for more than 40 years and joined FLB two years ago.
“It’s been a privilege to have such an experienced, thoughtful and hardworking attorney like Karl on the FLB team,” said Joseph A. Bubba, Co-managing Shareholder. “He is an absolute gentleman and he has served his clients extremely well. We appreciate the time he has spend on the firm.”
Beginning April 1, 2017, Kline will continue to be affiliated with FLB in an “Of Counsel” capacity where he will be available for consultations on clients’ legal matters. His fellow attorneys at FLB are available to address future legal needs of Kline’s clients.
Throughout his 41 years of providing legal services to citizens of eastern Pennsylvania, Kline has served as a lecturer for programs by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Pennsylvania Planning Association and Northampton County Bar Association. He also served as the Township Solicitor of Forks Township for 28 years.
