Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, P.C. congratulates Joseph A. Fitzpatrick, Jr., founding member and shareholder, for being named to the 2024 “Icon Honors” list published by Lehigh Valley Business. These awards recognize Lehigh Valley business leaders over the age of 60 for their notable success and demonstration of strong leadership both within and outside of their chosen field.

Mr. Fitzpatrick’s practice includes real estate, zoning and subdivision, commercial transactions, and multiple business representations. He has also led clients’ development teams in advancing major commercial, industrial and residential projects including large regional corporate centers, office parks, retail and lifestyle centers, delivery and fulfillment operations, quarry and materials facilities, manufacturing communications installations and warehousing and distribution centers. His professional experience and leadership on major project teams has created a strong network of relationships, enhancing his ability to deal successfully with governmental and municipal bodies, elected and appointed officials, business leaders and real estate and development professionals. He is known for his accomplishments in land development, providing legal support to major Lehigh Valley projects such as Lehigh Valley National Airport, Stabler Corporate Center, The Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley, various Wegmans locations and more. 

In the community, Mr. Fitzpatrick serves on the Team Pennsylvania Foundation Board of Directors, Donald B. and Dorothy Stabler Foundation Board of Directors, and Phantoms Charities Board of Directors. Previously, he served on the Board of Directors for Sacred Heart Healthcare Systems and the Advisory Council for Provident Bank.

Most recently, Mr. Fitzpatrick was named to the 2024 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list. 

The Lehigh Valley Business 2024 Icon Honors recipients will be recognized at an awards ceremony at the Hyatt Hotel in Allentown on November 21, 2024.
