Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, P.C. congratulates Gretchen L. Petersen, a shareholder in the Firm’s Litigation & Trial Practice, for being named to the 2021 “Forty under 40” list published by Lehigh Valley Business. This honor celebrates forty of the region’s most accomplished professionals under the age of forty.
The recipients of the award are chosen by an independent panel of judges, who base their choices on the nominees’ personal achievements, current leadership positions, professional impact and excellence, as well as their community involvement.
Ms. Petersen’s practice focuses on civil litigation, including commercial litigation, real estate litigation, landlord-tenant law, personal injury, bankruptcy and creditor’s rights and employment litigation. She also has extensive experience in tax assessment appeals, including property tax exemptions and business privilege tax matters, representing these matters at all levels – from local agencies to the Appellate Court.
Outside of the office, she is also heavily involved in numerous nonprofit and professional organizations. Currently, Ms. Petersen is on the Board of Directors for both the Boys & Girls Club of Easton and the Southern Lehigh Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of the Executive Committee for The Judge Donald E. Wieand Barristers Inn and a member of the Muhlenberg College Board of Associates.
Ms. Petersen earned both her Bachelors of Science degree in Biology from Muhlenberg College and her Juris Doctor degree from Villanova School of Law.
