Timothy D. Charlesworth, shareholder and attorney in the Firm’s Corporate, Business and Banking group, will be speaking at Export 201, an Export University event, on March 1 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The event will be held at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Export University is a three-part series of courses on exporting that is designed to give businesses the skills, strategies and network of contacts that are necessary to expand sales globally. The 100 Introductory Series was hosted on December 3 and covered international logistics, trade regulations and international financing. Export 201, the 200 Intermediate Series, is designed for managers at exporting companies who are responsible for developing and fine-tuning operations to increase a firm’s export volume.
Mr. Charlesworth’s practice includes international trade law, including distribution & agency relationships, technology licensing, business and commercial law. He currently serves as President of the World Trade Club of the Lehigh Valley and Vice President of the International Business Council of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce. In addition to these positions, Mr. Charlesworth also serves on the Board of Directors at Lehigh Export Network and Bucks County International Trade Council. He was named a Select Lawyer in International Transactions and Disputes Law in 2015.
