Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, P.C. (FLB) will host its “Winning the Battle of the Forms: How to Gain the Advantage” seminar on Tuesday, April 26 at the Brookside Country Club in Macungie from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM.

In any one transaction, it’s not unusual that the terms and conditions of those standard forms to be inconsistent and vary dramatically,” said Joseph A. FLB attorneys Tim Charlesworth and Ken Charette will lead the session and provide attendees with best practices and next steps for updating a company’s legal documentation.
