Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba congratulates client, Signallamp Health, for being listed in 2020’s Inc. 5000 list for Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America. Signallamp ranked #240 overall and #18 in the health industry. FLB assisted Signallamp Health, a pioneer in providing remotely embedded nurse care managers to physicians, in turning its concept into a successful business.

“Congratulations to the entire Signallamp team,” said Kenneth R. Charette, a shareholder in FLB’s Healthcare, Corporate, and Mergers & Acquisitions practices. “Over the past five years, it’s been gratifying to assist them with their initial business development and ongoing expanding operations. We look forward to helping Signallamp continue to grow and revolutionize the health care industry.”

Early in their development process, Signallamp Health approached FLB Law with an innovative business model to develop a chronic care management platform for integrated clinical services through which a distributed workforce of nurses, behavioral health professionals and social workers serve as an extension of primary care physicians.

Our experienced attorneys, including shareholders Mr. Charette and Steven T. Boell, applied the existing healthcare regulatory framework to the chronic care management program that Signallamp Health was targeting. FLB Law’s sophisticated and diligent attorneys helped Signallamp create the business and compliance structure needed to define the breadth of their novel business model and build a long-term foundation for growth.

As Signallamp grew, so did FLB’s involvement with the upstart company, including representing Signallamp Health Inc., in connection with the structuring, negotiation, and completion of its Series A financing with Sopris Capital, a venture capital firm. Over the last three years, Signallamp has seen 1,855% in growth, landing them on the Inc. list.

“FLB was pretty much our first stop in figuring out whether we had a business in Signallamp,” said Drew Kearney, Co-Founder and CEO of Signallamp. “FLB was more than accommodating to a Scranton startup and has provided us with stellar representation every step of the way.”
