Thomas J. Schlegel, shareholder in the Firm’s Real Estate, Land Use & Development and Corporate, Business & Banking groups, will be participating in the third day of Lafayette College’s “Law and Justice Career Track” event. This final day will take place in the college’s Oeschle Building on January 9th.
Mr. Schlegel was asked by the college to address Lafayette undergraduate students who are seriously considering a legal career in the Lehigh Valley. He will be speaking during a session focused around the topics of Real Estate, Land Use & Development Law and Corporate, Business & International Business Law. Along with fellow Lafayette alums, Mr. Schlegel will discuss what goes into being a real estate and business attorney, the Lehigh Valley legal sector and answer questions from the students as the session progresses.
This event has been a long process for all of the students involved, having submitted their applications to participate in mid-November, and attended mandatory orientation sessions throughout December. Each student involved in the program not only chose which career track they wished to explore but also which location, having the options of the Lehigh Valley, Boston, Chicago and New York City.
