Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba Welcomes Three Newly Barred Attorneys

Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, P.C. (FLB) is pleased to share that three attorneys have joined the firm. Emerson B. Marles, Samuel J. Morgan, and Jordan M. Ohl passed the Pennsylvania bar exam in fall 2024 and are now licensed to practice, helping to serve businesses and individuals in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Emerson Marles joins the firm’s Corporate, Business & Banking, Real Estate, Land Use & Development, and Employment Law & Labor Relations groups. He assists businesses and employers with various business and corporate matters such as entity selection and formation, general contracting drafting and review, and employee handbook review. Mr. Marles also supports his commercial real estate clients with transactional support. He earned his J.D. from Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law, where he also served as the Associate and Student Works Editor of the Penn State Journal of Law and International Affairs. 2024 newly barred attorneys

A graduate of Widener University Delaware School of Law, Samuel Morgan is a member of the firm’s Real Estate, Land Use & Development and Corporate, Business & Banking groups. He seeks to help business and commercial property owners overcome everyday challenges and understand new legislation that may impact their operations. His practice focuses on transactional work such as reviewing contracts, modifying loans, and preparing operating agreements and purchase agreements. He double majored at Muhlenberg College, earning degrees in political science and finance while also being recognized as a scholar athlete. 

Lastly, Jordan Ohl will serve clients in the firm’s Corporate, Business & Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate, Land Use & Development groups. His practice focuses on corporate transactional work, including operating agreement preparation, loan modifications, purchase agreements, and more. After earning his B.S. in Sport & Recreation Management from Temple University, he attended Rutgers Law School. With a passion for sports and community, he has volunteered with several local sports organizations. 

Mr. Marles and Mr. Morgan participated in the firm’s Summer Associate Program in 2023. During the 10-week session, 2L or 3L students gain hands-on experience in a range of commercial and personal law matters. Activities include attending trials, depositions, real estate closings, client meetings, and various firm events and social activities. Associates are paired with mentors who provide added guidance and advice throughout the program. The 2025 Summer Associate positions have already been filled.
