Driven by continuous growth and expansion, Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba (FLB), the Lehigh Valley’s leading law firm, announced today it will relocate its main office from Center Valley to downtown Allentown. The firm will move to a 20,000-square-foot space on the 8th Floor of Two City Center at the beginning of 2020.
“We are excited to announce the relocation of our office, but we have loved our time in our iconic building in Center Valley.
The Schoolhouse building is an important part of our history as a regional law firm,” explained Joseph A. Bubba, Co-Managing Shareholder. “Moving to Stabler Corporate Center was transformative. For 30 years we have been strategically located at Routes 78 and 309, with ready access to each of Allentown, Bethlehem and Easton. But with 36 attorneys, 13 paralegals and 80 employees, we have simply outgrown our space. Our new location in downtown Allentown’s financial center will keep us in close proximity to our clients and still allow us to serve the Lehigh Valley with easy access to the greater Philadelphia area, New York and New Jersey. Most importantly, it provides us with a premier central base to continue our growth and expansion.”
“It’s another strong validation of the downtown Allentown business environment for a high-quality firm like FLB to make such a huge commitment to the area,” said J.B. Reilly, President of City Center Investment Corporation, which owns the Two City Center building.
Mr. Bubba added, “Many of our recent hires are interested in an urban environment. We anticipate a need to hire more attorneys, and having a significant presence in downtown Allentown will help us attract and retain the best talent. This is an excellent opportunity for our next generation of leaders, and we look forward to becoming a substantial contributor to the area’s revitalization efforts.”
FLB is one of the largest full-service law firms in Pennsylvania. Founded in 1988, its practice areas include business, banking, real estate and land development, healthcare, intellectual property, commercial litigation, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, estate planning, taxation, employment law and family law.
FLB has been the recipient of several recent awards, including “Best Law Firm” and “Best Mergers & Acquisition Specialists” by Lehigh Valley Business in 2017 and 2018, the Lehigh Valley’s “Top Workplace” by The Morning Call every year since 2014, and the 2018 “Business of the Year” by Lehigh Valley Business.
