Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, P.C. congratulates Elyse C. Pillitteri, an associate in the firm’s Corporate, Business & Banking and Intellectual Property practices, for being named to the 2023 “Forty Under 40” list published by Lehigh Valley Business. This honor celebrates forty of the region’s most accomplished professionals under the age of forty.
The recipients of the award are individuals who are not only achieving success in their careers, but also giving back in meaningful ways to the Lehigh Valley community.
Elyse’s practice primarily focuses on assisting clients with a variety of commercial transactions, including business entity selection and formation, investment transactions, capital raises, shareholder relations, corporate governance, asset purchases and sales and general contracting drafting and review. Prior to joining FLB, Ms. Pillitteri was a principal at a boutique law firm in New York City with a focus on U.S. and international trademark filing, prosecution and management and trademark enforcement and litigation. She uses this experience to assist Lehigh Valley businesses and entrepreneurs with their trademark and intellectual property challenges.
Outside of the office, Elyse serves on the Board of Directors for the Community Music School of Lehigh Valley & Berks. She earned both her Bachelors of Science degree in Finance from the University of Maryland and her Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington School of Law (with honors).
