FAMILY LAW

Mark B. Stanziola is an attorney in the Firm’s Family Law practice area. Mr. Stanziola brings over 35 years of experience in representing clients in complex and no-fault divorce, property distribution matters, partition of property, equity actions and adoptions. Mark also has extensive experience representing clients in protection from abuse cases, complex custody cases, as well as child and spousal support cases.

Mr. Stanziola is a frequent Continuing Legal Education program presenter, focusing on topics aimed at enhancing the legal knowledge and skills of other family law attorneys so that they can better help serve clients.

Mr. Stanziola engages in extensive community outreach. He was a founding member of the Bradbury-Sullivan LGBTQ Center in Allentown, established their Community Legal Clinic, and currently serves on its Board of Directors. He also serves on the Church Council of the Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit in Emmaus and on its Executive Committee. Mr. Stanziola is a frequent presenter at colleges and in the community regarding LGBT and same-sex parenting and adoption.
