Mark B. Stanziola, Special Counsel in the firm’s Family Law practice, has been appointed Custody Master in the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas.
Along with two fellow part-time Custody Masters, Mark will conduct conferences to help parties reach fair custody arrangements in the best interests of their child(ren). Cases involve all aspects of custody disputes such as legal custody, primary physical custody, partial physical custody, visitation, grandparents’ visitation/custody, shared custody, modification of custody and contempt proceedings.
“With 37 years of experience as a practitioner of family law on the side of advocacy, I look forward to helping families meaningfully reach agreements in their custody challenges in a common sense and practical manner from a neutral perspective,” says Mark. “I am hopeful that along with the Court’s assistance, we can develop a robust system to help the growing burden on the Northampton County Court system, as well as the financial and emotional strain on local families.”
