Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, P.C. congratulates Anthony P. “Sonny” Beltrami, an associate in the firm’s Estate Planning & Administration and Corporate, Business & Banking practices, for being named to the 2024 “Forty Under 40” list published by Lehigh Valley Business. This honor celebrates forty of the region’s most accomplished professionals under the age of forty.

The recipients of the award are individuals who are not only achieving success in their careers, but giving back in meaningful ways to the Lehigh Valley community.

Sonny assists clients with the preparation of estate planning documents, including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Living Wills. He regularly handles estate and trust administrations, advising Executors and Trustees throughout all stages of the administration. In addition, Mr. Beltrami assists high net worth clients with advanced estate, gift and generation-skipping tax planning, including the preparation of Irrevocable Trusts and the gifting and transfer of assets, including closely-held business interests. As a business attorney, Mr. Beltrami regularly represents business owners by preparing buy-sell and other ownership agreements, facilitating the transfer or sale of businesses to family members or key employees and assisting with corporate governance. His practice also includes charitable planning, and he helps clients form nonprofit entities and secure tax-exempt status for those entities. Earlier this year, he earned the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® (CAP®) designation from the American College of Financial Services, marking his commitment to improving today’s philanthropic landscape by helping to ensure his clients can accomplish their charitable goals in an efficient and meaningful way.

Outside of the office, Sonny serves on the Board of Directors for the Pediatric Cancer Foundation of the Lehigh Valley. He earned his Bachelors of Art degree from Moravian University and his Juris Doctor degree from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law (with high honors). 

All recipients are to be honored at an awards ceremony at DeSales University on September 12, 2024.
