Building on the relationship we’ve developed in the past year, “30 Acts of Giving” campaign reached out to help the Cancer Support Community of the Greater Lehigh Valley.  FLB donated cleaning, kitchen and general office supplies to the organization, helping them defray some administrative costs and allow them to focus on their 37-year old mission.

Cancer Support Community is a non-profit organization that includes hundreds of people at various stages of their battle with cancer, including those several years into remission.  Their mission is to “ensure that all people impacted by cancer are empowered by knowledge, strengthened by action and sustained by community.”

Cancer Support Community is always looking for people to lend a hand; follow the link to find out more about giving opportunities throughout the year.

As part of FLB’s 30th Anniversary, we decided to give back to the community that has helped us through the years. Our “30 Acts of Giving” campaign entailed collecting donations for and volunteering our time at 30 local charitable organizations.
