Every bit goes a long way, especially when 28 pounds of food can provide a meal to 25 people. That is exactly what FLB did for ProJeCt of Easton’s food pantry during the first week of November. During the “30 Acts of Giving,” Campaign, the Firm’s employees donated approximately 300 pounds of food for 10 organizations. ProJeCt of Easton received a 25-pound box of nonperishable, healthy food items and a Giant gift card. The donation was delivered in the morning, just in time for the lunch rush and, of course, the Thanksgiving holiday.
ProJeCt of Easton is a nonprofit organization that offers classes such as adult education, family literacy, school-based programming, and emergency support in order to break the cycle of poverty. Their mission is to build a better community by helping people help themselves through education.

As part of FLB’s 30th Anniversary, we decided to give back to the community that has helped us through the years. Our “30 Acts of Giving” campaign entailed collecting donations for and volunteering our time at 30 local charitable organizations.
